Jamila was named in Culture Amp's 25 Emerging Global Culture Creators 2024, won Women and Leadership Australia's Victorian award in 2020 and is one of the AFR's 100 Women of Influence. Ruby Leahy Gatfield Ruby is a respected thought leader in gender equity. She oversees FW's consulting and advisory services, working with employers to support their goals. Previously, she was a senior adviser to the federal Workplace Gender Equality Agency. Astrid Edwards Astrid leads FW's for-purpose portfolio and oversees FW's multi-year partnership, Cyber5050, delivered on behalf of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
